Privacy Policy

Dreyma AI Labs LLC ("we," "us") operates Dreyma Dream Guide (the "Service"), available at dreymadreamguide.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Dream and conversation content: the dream descriptions you share and the resulting conversation with your chosen avatar, including audio you speak during a session, so the Service can generate a spoken, lip-synced response.

Dream recordings (paid plans): if you use the phone dream recorder, your recording is sent to our speech-to-text provider to be turned into text. We keep only that text so your guide can bring the dream up in your next session; the audio itself is not stored. You can delete any recorded dream from the recorder page at any time.

Usage data: session length, avatar selected, and general product usage, used for billing (matching your plan's included conversation time) and to improve the Service.

Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (acting as merchant of record). We do not store your full card number ourselves.

Optional session transcript emails

If you choose to turn it on, we will email you a copy of each dream session's transcript (your conversation with your avatar and a short summary) at the email address on your account. This is off by default and only starts after you switch it on in the Account page. You can switch it off at any time, and emails stop immediately. These emails contain your dream content, so we recommend enabling them only for an inbox that is private to you. Email delivery is handled by our email provider, Resend, which processes the message and your email address solely to deliver it. Email is not a fully private channel, and once delivered, a copy sits in your own mailbox outside our control.

Welcome and plan emails

When you create an account we send one welcome email, and after you finish your free session we send one thank-you email describing our paid plans. These are one-time messages to the email address on your account, delivered through our email provider, Resend. We do not send recurring marketing emails. We also send essential account emails (such as sign-in confirmation) through our authentication provider.

How we use it

To operate the Service (generate interpretations, synthesize voice, animate your chosen avatar), to manage your account and subscription, to enforce plan usage limits, to respond to support requests, and to improve reliability and quality over time. We do not sell your personal information or dream content, and we do not use it to serve you advertising.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

Operating the Service requires sending parts of your conversation to the following sub-processors, solely to generate your interpretation and avatar response: Google (Gemini, for generating interpretations), ElevenLabs (for text-to-speech and, for the phone dream recorder, speech-to-text), Simli (for avatar animation/lip-sync), and, only if you opt in to transcript emails, Resend (for email delivery). Account data and subscription status are stored with our database and authentication provider. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms in addition to this policy.

Data retention

We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and support purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dreymadreamguide.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and post material changes here.
